Udon有名な日本食に、うどんというものがあります。これは小麦類の穀物から作られるもので、日本人に非常に愛されている食べ物でもあります。
そして、うどんに対するこだわりを持っている人も多く、数百年前から味や食感を追求する人が多くいました。
その結果、美味しいうどんが数多くでき、そのうどんを食べるために３時間待ちする店が出るほど人気のある食べ物となりました。
先日、このうどんがロシアに進出しているという記事をみて驚きました。
しかも売値は日本の値段の約三倍なのに、一日に約３００人以上がうどんを食べに店に来るというのですから、さらに驚きです。
日本食であるうどんが海外に認められたと思いますとうれしく思いますが、それ以上に海外にうどん市場を開拓した人たちを尊敬してしまいます。

And also from hundreds of years ago, there are lots of people who are chasing up the texture and the taste of the Udon. As a result of that, there are many kinds of good tasted Udon has became famous and the people have to wait for two hours to eat Udon in some restaurants.
The other day, hearing that the Udon business has expanded to the Russia frightened me. And more surprise was that, even though the selling price is three times comparing to Japan, more than three hundred people per day are coming to eat Udon in some restaurants there.
