第５９回 全国かまぼこ祭

　10月21日（土）〜22日（日）長崎出島ワーフで、全国かまぼこ祭が開催されました。
　会場では、製造実演や製品販売も行なっていましたが、主に蒲鉾品評会の展示及び蒲鉾機械・資材の展示をしていました。
　しかし、観光客が多い場所ということと開催日が土日ということもあり、業者の方だけではなく一般客も大勢おり、大変賑わっていました。
　今年でこの全国かまぼこ祭は５９回目で、長崎大会自体は2回目なのですが，私共の角折包装機AR-3DUを株式会社原田産業さんのブースにて展示させていただきました。
　蒲鉾の包装機は一般の方はあまり見ることがないためか、関心を持ってくださった方々が多く，非常にうれしい限りでした。

A National fish paste cake festival was held at Dejima wharf in Nagasaki between Oct.21st and 22nd.
Demonstration of production and sale of goods were held there but mainly it was a show of competition, machines of fish paste cake and materials. Because it was held on weekend and it was famous place for tourist, many people came there and the visitors were not only professional buyer but also the public.
It was a 59th National fish paste cake festival this year and second time in Nagasaki. Our packaging machine AR-3DU was displayed in Harada-Sangyou’s booth.
It was our great pleasure that many people took interest in our machine because the packaging machine of fish paste cake is rare to see.
