２００５年アカデミー賞 / 受賞者のお言葉

終わってみたら、作品賞「ミリオン・ダラー・ベイビィ」でしたね。
イースト・ウッドの監督賞。モーガン･フリーマン、ヒラリー・スワンクそれぞれ
助演男優賞、主演女優賞を獲りました。
イースト・ウッドの映画は俳優さんの力量がものをいいますね。
それだけ人間の心理を深く追求する映画を創る監督ということでしょうか。

「レイ」の主演男優賞ジェイミー・フォックス。録音賞も獲得。納得です。

「アビエイター」マーティン・スコセッシ、監督賞は今回もおあずけでしたね。
ちょっと大作すぎて、あれこれ欲張っちゃったから？
今までいい作品でノミネートされてるだけに、
この監督にして、この映画でオスカーもらうのは、ちょっと不本意？？と言う声も
ありました。

個人的には脚本賞を獲った「エターナル・サンシャイン」は、
ちょっと面白そうなので観てみたいです。

さて今回のオスカーの受賞者からの喜びのお言葉です。

Hilary Swank, best actress:
I'm just a girl from a trailer park who had a dream.
（やるときゃやる！女優さんですね。）

Morgan Freeman, best supporting actor:
Getting a standing ovation was kind of humbling that so many people are so happy that I have been named for this award. A lot of people say you're due - maybe you are, maybe you aren't - it's an accolade.
（よかったね！モーガン・フリーマン）

Cate Blanchett, best supporting actress:
Thank you to Martin Scorsese - I hope my son will marry your daughter.
（演じたキャサリン・ヘップバーンの息子がスコッセシ監督の娘と結婚したことを引用した？）


I don't have a sense of entitlement or that I deserve this. You'd be surprised at the lack
of competition between nominees - I think a lot of it's imposed from the outside. Can I have
my champagne now?


Chris Rock, ceremony host:
Welcome to the 77th and last Oscars.

Brad Bird, best animated feature (The Incredibles):
Animation is about creating the illusion of life. And you can't create it if you don't have
one.


Valli O'Reilly, best make-up (Lemony Snicket):
I'd like to formally apologise to all the actors for making them look so unfortunate. But it was worth it, wasn't it?

Andrea Arnold, best short film:
I said dog's bollocks during the ceremony - was it beeped?
（「英国ではこんな凄いことを、「犬の××」って言うの！」と受賞式で発言したことに対して、
「ピーッが入らなかった？（放送禁止用語）」）


Alexander Payne, director Sideways (best adapted screenplay), asked which wine he would drink to celebrate:
We're having some tequila.
（ワインじゃなくてテキーラ！こういうところが、オチャメです。）

個人的に「ハワード・ヒューズ」の人物像は好きだったので（映画でなく話として）、「アビエイター」一番注目してたんだけどね。残念(>_<)

クリント・イーストウッドと言えば、僕にとっては"Dirty Harry", "A Perfect World". 大好きな俳優さんなんですが、老けましたねーw 監督賞、おめでとうございます 映画をあまり観ない人なので、久しぶりに観に行きたくなっちゃいましたー

イースト･ウッドでは「許されざる者」が好きですね。モーガンと一緒にでてます。今回のオスカーの中でまず、観たいのが｢サイドウェイ」。ワインも含めてお酒には目がないもので（笑）。プレゼンターで出ていたチャン･ツゥイィーは可愛かったですね。中国の女優さんの中では一番好きです。
