Body odor-less
ÈþÍÆ Beauty
That is a very good question. I am caucasian and I used to smell and use deodorants. When I became vegetarian (raw foodist) 15 years ago, my odor just disappeared. Now, I sometimes eat bits of fish and almost never meat, but I cannot say I can avoid it completely. So now, I can clearly understand when I need deodorants and when not. I think that once a month is enough for you to make you need using deodorants. But I am sure, the smell can come from diary products or other animal origin foods.

i rarely eat red meat (maybe a small amount once a month) and i usually avoid refined sugars, processed foods, white flour. i eat a lot of organic fruits and vegetables and nuts. i get more than the recommended amount of fiber from fiber cereal. i drink 2 liters of water a day and i walk (briskly) about 40 minutes a day.
so why do i still have to wear deodorant?
what is my problem ?
