I do exercises to increase muscle every day. Mon., Sep. 26,2011 I did 20 abdominal muscles ,20 squats and 20 push-ups. <Eyes exercise> Repeat 3 times. Tue., Sep. 27,2011 I did 20 abdominal muscles ,20 squats and 20 push-ups. <Eyes exercise> Repeat 3 times. Wed., Sep. 28,2011 I did 20 abdominal muscles ,20 squats and 20 push-ups. <Eyes exercise> Repeat 3 times. Thu., Sep. 29,2011 I did 20 abdominal muscles ,20 squats and 20 push-ups. <Eyes exercise> Repeat 3 times. Fri., Sep. 30,2011 I did 30 abdominal muscles ,20 squats and 20 push-ups. <Eyes exercise> Repeat 3 times. Sat., Oct.01 ,2011 I did 30 abdominal muscles ,20 squats and 20 push-ups. <Eyes exercise> Repeat 3 times. Sun., Oct. 02,2011 I did 30 abdominal muscles ,20 squats and 20 push-ups. <Eyes exercise> Repeat 3 times. <Eyes exercise>
Close my eyes tightly for 3 seconds. Open them for 3 seconds. |
