We need a lot of talented people who are familiar with U.S.A.

 and China, both culture will be necessary in future.

we should think about a necessary challenge for sense of

values joint ownership.

Therefore, it will make easily for Chinese to understand for

And it may be one of the method that is effective for U.S.A.

and cultural exchange of China too.
