美味しいケーキが焼けました! I baked a delicious cake!

３個の卵の白身を泡立ってて、バターと干しブドウを入れて、約２０分オーブンで焼きました。
美味しいケーキが出来上がりました。
イチゴを添えて、コーヒーとコニャックと一緒に賞味しました。
至福の時間です。

I beat 3 egg-white with an electric mixer, added butter and raisin and baked for about 20 minutes.
I baked a delicious cake!
I put a strawberry and enjoyed it with a cup of coffee and a glass of Cognac.
My happiest time!

デロンギで美味しいコーヒー Delicious coffee with Delonghi

美味しいランチの後の締めは、美味しいコーヒーですよね。
デロンギのマシーンで、エスプレッソまたはカプチーノを作って、飲んでいます。
今日はカプチーノ。

さて、そろそろフィットネスに向かいましょうか？

After a good lunch, a nice cup of coffee!
I make either expresso or capuccino with Delonghi coffee machine.
Today, I made capuccino.

Now, I am ready to go to my fitness club.

時間を大切にされてて、すばらしいです。I also enjoy drink coffee every day.But,I don't have the coffee machine.So, I felt good with aloma from your coffee coment today.
First of all,I grinde coffee beans with grinder by myself.In addition setting pot with 2cups of grind coffe in a paper filter.After that,Hot water from the top flow into coffee.Finaly,I enjoy drink coffee with aloma.カプチーノも、簡単にできるこのすぐれ物を見ると、欲しくなりました。

パスタの後はフィットネス Fitness after Pasta

土曜日のランチは僕が毎週作ります。
奥様はいま別の部屋で、英会話を教えていて、終わるのが１２時ごろ。
ちょうどそのころに出来上がるように、パスタを制作中。

ニンニク、ブロッコリ、エリンギ、ハムなどをオリーブオイルで炒めます。
それにバジル、白ワイン、塩コショウ、チキンブイヨン、パスタ用香辛料などを混ぜます。

サラダと白ワインと一緒に食べれば、立派な週末ランチの出来上がり。

それを二人で食べた後、そろってフィットネスクラブに行って、トレーニング。
いい土曜日です。

I cook lunch on every Saturday.
My wife is teaching English now which will finish around noon.
I am cooking Italian Pasta which will be ready by then.

I cook garlic, broccoli,mushroom, ham etc. in olive oil.
Then I add basil, white wine, salt & pepper, chicken bouillon, pasta spice etc.

It will be a nice weekend lunch with a nice salad and a glass o white wine.

After we have eaten lunch, we will go to the fitness club together and train our bodies.
It is a nice Saturday!

ビジネスに春の兆し sign of spring in my business

メールがアメリカから入り、コンサルティング契約をしたいとのこと。
先日同様のメールが来たが、それとはまた別の会社。

不況の日本経済の中で頑張っていますが、この二つのコンサルティング契約の可能性は、春の到来を感じさせます。

I received an email from an American company which wants to sign a consulting agreement with me.
A similar email came to me the other day but this is a different deal.

I am trying my best in the depressed Japanese economy.
But these two consulting agreements make me feel the sign of spring in my business.
