このNGOは、維新の国是たる
‘’広く会議を興し、上下心を一にして、旧来の陋習(ろうしゅう)を破り、知識を世界に求め、大いに皇基を振起すべし” との御誓文を尊重実践し ‘’和を以て貴しとした、先の憲法9条‘’を行動規範とする、老若男女の群れです、
その為に、権に媚びず 利に走らず 強に屈せず 名を求めず
雨にも負けず 風にも負けず 夏の暑さにも負けず
心情的行動的一致をもって構成される美男、美女の秘密結社です。
参加条件は、「じゃんけんで後出しをしない人」 とか言われていますが、さだかじゃありません。
