We would like people all over the world to know the following facts:

Japan has officially apologized to China over and over again.
Many of the past Japanese Prime Ministers apologized to China.

Many of Japanese properties left in China, including a number of factories, power plants, railways and warships, were abandoned there [for use of Chinese people].
The amount of ODA Japan has granted to China so far is more than three trillion yen (approximately U.S. 25 billion dollars).

However, Chinese government never announces such fact to their people; the poorest victims are Chinese people who cannot obtain correct information.
