今林氏の論文でのTable 4(以下)と、ncbiのウェブ上に掲載されている情報(その下)が同じである件。
細胞名は違うけど内容は一緒。ThMSC1 (UEET-1)というのと N1ESE2 というのが一緒なんだな。それで、トリコスタチンと5-azacytidineで処理した細胞は今林論文には含まれていないんだ。
