女子ラン会

もう女子という年ではないけど。女子会。
まあいいことに。。。

女性ばっかりで、ディズニーランド・ラン

ディズニーランドの周りを走ると１周で約6ｋｍ
アトラクションが見えたり、海沿いを走れたり。
今回は2周しました。
なかなか変化のある景色で楽しかったです〜

このあたりは、震災で液状化がひどかった地域でもあり、
東京から一番近い被災地とも言われてます。

コンクリートで修復されていますが、
それでも盛り上がったりひび割れたところもあり、
つまずかないよう気をつけながら走りました。

走った後はシャワーを浴びて、もちろんビール。
このあたりは美味しいおしゃれなお店がたくさん。
次回も女性だけでやりたい（笑）

I'm not still a girl... but we call “girl's party”.
We sometimes use this word now a day...Don't mind it.

We held Disneyland Running the other day. All member were women.

The distance when we circle around Disneyland is about 6km.
That was great view. There were some attractions, sea sight.
We run 2 times there.
Unusual location is also good for running.

Here is the nearest area from Tokyo where was stricken by earthquake.
It was serious ground liquefaction. Even fix with concrete, there are many points where ground has risen or broken.
I had to be careful for running.

Of course we couldn't miss glasses of beer after that.
There are so many delicious restaurant with good atmosphere around there.
So we love to do women's running party here again!

I believe I can drink the best beer after exercise!
I drunk beer a lot ... but I found I didn't drink any water after running at midnight. That's too bad.
