Howdy howdy.
I'm done my placement.
I learned tons from co-op teacher Rita,
my colleague Karin, and children there.
Although Rita was very strict and I had a hard time,
I was happy being the last student for her.
She's retiring this year.
Here is my strategy of behaviour management:
1.Tell children what they can't do.
2.Tell them why they can't do.
3.Give them alternate.
I'll keep in mind.

プレイスメントが終りました。
教育指導のRitaはピーターボローでも厳しくて有名な先生。
大変だったけれど、学ぶ事は多かったはず。
そしてクラスメイトのKarin,また子供達からもたくさん教わりました。
Ritaは今年で定年。最後の生徒になれてハッピーでした。
これが私の問題解決の仕方。
1.何をする事がいけないのか子供達に伝える。
2.何でいけないのか伝える。
3.代替案を出す。
