緊縮財政政策にギリシャ国民が反対

日本がGWに浮かれている中、ギリシャ危機が最高潮に達していますね。
サブプライム問題による不況から、一応景気回復の希望がちょっとは見えてきている
というのに、この危機が乗り越えられなかったら、ダブルパンチを
受ける可能性がありますね。
EU諸国はギリシャ国債を多数買い占めているので、これが紙ペラ同然になると、
それだけで金融危機で、大恐慌。
さらにユーロ安になり、相対的に円高になるため、
つまり日本は大打撃ということになります。
元はと言えば、財源がないのに、年金支出条件が緩かったり、
税の取り立てが厳密化されていないなど、政府の責任は大きいですが、
EUやユーロの問題や限界もはらんでたり。自国で通貨をコントロール出来ないしね。
公務員給与削減や消費税導入、年金受け取り年齢アップなどの方針に、
ギリシャ国民は大怒り。
今回は政府がEUとIMFの条件を受け入れたことで一応の安堵ですが、
どっちみち全額の返済出来ないよねぇ。お先真っ暗。
どうなることやら。
それに、財源がないのに〜って何処かの国を見てるような。


Athens, Greece (CNN) -- Thousands of Greek public sector workers began a 48-hour strike Tuesday against planned cuts in government spending.
多数のギリシャ公共労働者が政府の歳出削減計画に反対し火曜に48時間ストを決行。


An estimated 2,000 protesters representing teachers from the public sector marched past the finance ministry and parliament, according to local police.
警察によると、参加者は2000名にものぼり、教員達は財政局と議会を通ってデモ行進を行った。


In central Athens protesters threw plastic bottles and sticks at riot police, says CNN producer Erin Mclaughlin, who said that about 200 retired Greek workers also took to the streets Tuesday.

労働者達が反対デモをしているのは、EUやIMFが1100億ユーロに及ぶ救済案の条件となっている厳しい緊縮政策計画についてだ。


The protests come ahead of a planned nationwide general strike on Wednesday when public and private sector workers, including teachers, lecturers, bank employees and doctors, will go on strike.
国レベルで水曜に予定されたストライキに先立ち抗議を行っている。水曜のストには、教師、講師、銀行従業員、医師を含む公務員・公務員以外の人々が参加する予定だ。


According to a Ministry of Finance spokesperson, the austerity bill has been tabled before parliament, where it will be debated Wednesday. 
財務省のスポークスマンによると、緊縮法案は議会に提出される前からずっと審議されてきた。議会での討論は水曜を予定している。

Finance Minister George Papaconstantinou announced tough cost-cutting measures Sunday in order for Greece to secure its financial lifeline.
財務大臣のジョージ氏は、厳しい賃金カット法案を日曜に発表した。これはギリシャの金融生命線を守るための物である。


The package includes a promise by Greece to cut its budget deficit to 3 percent of gross domestic product, as required by European Union rules, by 2014, according to Papaconstantinou.
EUの取り決めにより救済案の条件とされているのは、2014年までに歳出赤字をGDPの3パーセントに押さえることである。


Greece had a choice between "destruction" and saving the country, and "we have chosen of course to save the country," Papaconstantinou said.
大臣は、「ギリシャ人は崩壊か国を救うかの選択が出来る。我々はもちろん国を救うことを選ぶ」と語った。

　カリフォルニアの住民投票で同性婚禁止が52%:48%で支持され、裁判所も6:1でその有効性を認めたというお話。ものすごく接戦だったというのに驚きました。来年、今回敗れた推進側が再度住民投票を行おうとしているようです。
　
先日観た「ミルク」という映画は同性愛者(映画中では男性中心)の基本的人権を求める運動について描いた物でした。当時は本当に人間の権利レベルで差別があったようです。今回は一歩進んで結婚に踏み込んだわけです。

　原則論は、国の繁栄のために子孫を残す家族制度を支援し様々な優遇を行う制度なわけです。社会が多様化する中でそれぞれの都合や事情で色々な解釈をすることが多くなってきただけで。なので同性婚禁止が市民権違反や差別かというと個人的には違うかもとは思いますが、普段余り考えたことも考えることもないのは事実です。少子高齢化社会となる日本で、もしこの様な投票があったら、自分は禁止に投票するかも。でも極々親しい人から本気で頼まれたら悩むかも位でしょうか、

Proposition 8の支持者達は、カリフォルニアの人々は州法を住民投票で変更する権利を長い間有していると論じた。一方、禁止に反対の人たちは州法が州憲章が保障した基本的権利を不正に制限するということに警告を発している。

2009/5/25に北朝鮮がまた核実験を行いました。今度は前回とは違い長崎原爆級の実験とのことで、
全世界に大きな脅威をもたらすでしょう。ついでに、短距離ミサイル実験も行ったとのこと。
将軍様も年で自暴自棄でしょうか。アメリカが経済援助をしてくれないのでグレたとのだろう
と予想されています。世界で一致した強い制裁が望まれます。ロシア中国が反対して
決議が弱くなったら、国連の権威も意義も地に落ちます。


SEOUL, South Korea (CNN) -- The United Nations Security Council will convene Monday to address North Korea's second nuclear bomb test, which it conducted in defiance of numerous international warnings.
北朝鮮の二度目の核実験問題を取りあげるために、国連安全保障理事会が月曜日に開催される予定。北朝鮮は国際社会の警告も無視し核実験を行った。

 Pyongyang had threatened to carry out the test unless the U.N. Security Council apologized for imposing sanctions on North Korea after it tested a rocket April 5. In a one-two punch, the secretive communist state also apparently test-fired a short-range missile Monday, the White House said.

The Security Council is scheduled to address the situation at 4 p.m. ET. The United States and many other countries denounced the test. Even China, North Korea's strongest ally, said it opposed the test.

突然でしたよね。ここ数日で豚インフルエンザという言葉がウィルスと一緒に
広く報道されました。メキシコのカップルが二人ともマスクを付けたまま
キスをする画像があり、重々しい雰囲気が伝わってきました。
日本ではまだ感染者は確認されてませんが、メキシコ発旅客機に乗っていた
女性が任意の熱センサーに反応したけど、職員を振り切り強行突破したらしく、
もし感染していたとしたら広まるかもしれません。
とりあえずタミフル等が効くらしく、パニックにはならないようにとのことらしいです。
鳥インフルが豚を介して人間に感染したらもっと酷くなるかもしれません。
豚インフルエンザはswine fluというんですね〜。

年末年始、日本は景気が悪い程度で平和してますが、中東では戦闘行為が起こってます。
イスラエルがハマスに攻め込みました。
停戦期間が過ぎたと同時にハマスがロケット弾でイスラエルを攻撃したのが発端です。
停戦条件として、ロケット弾攻撃の停止・武装解体を求めています。

ハマスの武器はイランと中国からの密輸によるものらしいです。
これを発端として、イランを巻き込んだ戦争にならないといいですが。

主張はハマス側にもあるんでしょうが、自爆テロを何度も起こすなど、
もってのほかです。イスラム原理主義は怖いな〜。
