I know. TAKOYAKI is very popular in Osaka. When I lived in Osaka. I ate TAKOYAKI a lot. But,I can't cook it. Is it difficult?

My friend said it was easy to cook TAKOYAKI. She made pork's and chicken's DASHI.(鶏と豚の骨、大きいのでも150円くらいで売っているのでそれを大きな鍋で(別々に)煮込んだら出汁の出来上がりみたいです！) And then, she mixed Tenpura-powder, eggs and DASHI. That's all. We enjoyed eating 2 kinds of TAKOYAKI.
