"How the stars formed?"

¡¡¡¡¡¡Sam was head over heels in love with Elizabeth.
He couldn't promise her the moon, but he made her the biggest diamond ring in the world,
which weighed 1 million carats. So they got married.

¡¡¡¡¡¡Everyday, Sam had to hold Elizabeth's left hand to keep the ring from falling off.
Sam was patient at first until one day he was distracted by a hot girl passing by.
So the diamond fell off, shattered, burst into the sky and formed the stars!

"Why the Traffic Lights are Red and Green"

¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡One day, a little monkey ran away from the zoo. He walked around the street and was so excited to see so many cars and trucks on the road.

¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡ He stood beside the road counting the cars. Suddenly, he saw a green hat dropped on the road from a truck and a car was coming. He rushed into the middle of the road, bent over to pick up the green hat. The car driver of the car had no time to figure out what had happened. He just saw the red bottom of the monkey. He stopped his car immediately in front of the monkey's red bottom. He was so scared and angry. "Oh, my God! What are you doing?"

¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡The monkey picked up the green hat and shook it in front of the driver, "Oh, I'm sorry. I just didn't want you to run over the green hat. I have picked it up and you can go now." That's the reason why the traffic lights are red for stop and green for go.

"The head pond"

¡¡¡¡¡¡Once upon a time, there was a man who ate cherries with the seeds still in them in Japan. As a result, a cherry tree started to grow on his head the following spring. The tree grew bigger and bigger and the man became famous for the cherry tree growing on the top of his head.

¡¡¡¡¡¡One year the cherry tree grew big enough for cherry blossoms to bloom. There is a Japanese custom go to view cherry blosoms in bloom every spring.¡¡People sit under the cherry trees in various parks, spread straw mats, and eat, sing, and dance. The event is comparable to picnics in the U.S.¡¡Anyway, the man with the cherry tree growing from his head became a favorite spot for cherry blossom viewing parties.¡¡He allowed people to hold cherry blossom viwing¡¡parties around his head for several years.

¡¡¡¡¡¡But after a while he became depressed because of so many people always crowding around him. So after the cherry blossom party one year, he decided to cut down the cherry tree on his head.

¡¡¡¡But after cutting the cherry tree, there was a big hole left on the man's head.¡¡Then when the Japanese rainy season began in June, one day after a big rain, the hole in the¡¡man's head filled up with water.¡¡A few years later, the pond on the head became famous for fishing. Many people went to the pond on the top of the man. It was a nice pond for fishing, so people went there even in evening. There was fighting among the people who fished there. It was so noisy every day and every night, that the man who had a pond on his head, couldn't sleep anymore.

¡¡¡¡¡¡One day he was so depressed that he jumped into the pond on his head and drowned.¡¡Today, there is a pond still in Japan, called head pond in memory of this man.

¡È Hemingway¡Çs cats ¡È

¥¤¥á¡¼¥¸ 1

We went to Key West in June. We stayed there for two nights. We visited Hemingway¡Çs house which is now a museum. We took a guide tour.

Hemingway lived there with his wife and their two sons in the 30¡Çs.We saw many cats there. Those cats are descendants of Hemingway¡Çs cat.

Most of those cats have six toes. Hemingway loved the strange cat.I saw a CNN news story about those cats after I got home. U.S. Department of Agriculture requires the museum manager to register those cats same as circus animals or Zoo.

The lawyer told to U.S.D.A. that those cats are just museum¡Çs pets. They don¡Çt get money to show those cats to guests. People visit t the Hemingway house because of Hemingway, not to see those cats.

The government told to museum staff if they don¡Çt register those cats, the government will fine tne museum 200 dollars a day each cat.

I wonder if Hemingway got nervous about that in heaven.
