セブとパタヤの月別降水量

セブやパタヤに行くべき時期を検討してみました。そのためには、本当は月毎にまとめている天気(晴れ、曇り、雨等)別の日数表が欲しかったのですが、月別降水量で代用しました。

セブのベストシーズンは２～３月のようです。できれば、11～5月の７か月間の間に行くべきのようです(用事があるのでそれまで待てませんが)。

パタヤはデータがないため、一番近いチョンブリで代用です。12～３月がベストシーズンで、その前後の11月と４月も良いようです。9月と10月は避けるべきでしょう(11月まで我慢できないのですが)。確かに去年の9月には洪水を経験しています。

ソースはWorld Climateです。公的なサイトから集めたデータに基づいているそうですが、ミスがあり得るとのことでした。

パタヤに関する説明が抜けていたので、追加しました。
原因はWiki文法のミスです。

旅のパンツ (Underpants for traveling)

このパンツには、比較的大きなポケットが付いており、マジックテープでポケットを閉じることができます。このポケットの中にパスポート、カード、高額紙幣などを入れて、マジックテープで閉じた上に、ズボンを履くと、かなりの安心です。乾きも比較的早いです。

欠点はカバンの中で場所を取りすぎることです。

購入場所はロータスのオンヌット店で、値段は99バーツ(360円)でした。

This pant has a relatively large pocket and it can be closed by a set of magic tapes. It helps safe trip by putting passport, cards and bills on the pocket, closing by the magic tapes and wearing the pant under a trouser. It dries relatively faster.

The drawback of this pant is that it occupies much space in a bag.

I purchased it at an Onnut branch of Tesco Lotus. The price was Baht 99 (nearly $3).

旅行中は手洗い (Washing by hand during a trip.)

１泊しかしないので、昨日はホテルの部屋に入るとすぐに手洗いで洗濯しました。

今まではTシャツ４枚で回していたのですが、今回は試験的に３枚に減らしています。

Since I stayed at a hotel only one night, I washed clothes by hand as soon as after I entered a room yesterday.

Normally I brought four T-shirts and rotated them. However, as an experiment, this time I reduced the number of T-shirts to three.

大と小のカバン (Big and small bags)

私は、旅先から持って帰る荷物が多いと考えられる場合には、出かける際に①リュック(右の青)の中に②ビジネスバッグ(左の黒)を入れていきます。すると、持ち運ぶ荷物は一つだけになります。それにこのリュックだと機内持ち込みにできるので、空港到着後の行動が迅速です。

予想とおり帰りに荷物が増えると、①リュックと②ビジネスバッグを切り離して使います。

このリュックは、タイに住んでいた時に買ったもので、もう４年以上使っています。550バーツ(購入時のレートで約1,600円。現在のレートで約2,050円)だったと思います。

ビジネスバッグの方は、ミャンマーで買ったものです。

When I expect that I have to bring back many belongings from my destination, on my way to the visiting place I put a business bag (black one to the left) into a knapsack (blue one to the right). So, I bring only one bag. Since I do not have to check-in the knapsack to an airplane, I can pass an arriving airport quickly.

If goods are many, as expected, I separate the two bags.

I bought this blue knapsack four years ago when I lived in Thailand. As far as I remember it cost Baht 550 (approximately 1,600 at a rate on a purchased date but approximately Yen 2,050 at a current rate)

I bought the business bag in Myanmar.

バンコク新空港の充電場所 (Chargeable place at new Bangkok airport)

フライトの前にパソコンを充電できると便利です。

初めて利用したスワンナプーム国際で探したところ、バーガーキングに
ありました。ただし、２箇所あるバーガーキングはいずれも端っこです。

充電する場所は、香港では見当たらないのですが、マニラの第二ターミ
ナルにはありました。

It is convenient, if I can charge the battery of my PC before taking an
airplane.

I looked for such a place at Suvarnabhumi Airport, which I visited for
departure for the first time and found it at Barger King. However, the
two shops the chain has locate on the edge of the floor.

While I could not find a chargeable place in Hong Kong Airport, I
could find the one at the second terminal of Manila Airport.
