マネージャーとセールス

　私の今、任されている店舗は今年から私が店長に就任いたしました。実際店長の仕事とは店の売上を昨年より上げ、店を管理し、皆が仕事のやりやすい状況を作り維持する事だと私は思っています。
もしかすると違和感を感じる方もいらっしゃるかもしれませんが私は店長ですので販売は一切しません、私の仕事は考える事であって、物を売る事ではない。
なんだか格好をつけているような感じですが、なかなかこれ難しいんです、特に販売を経験してしかもかなり販売実績を残してきた販売員が店長に昇格した場合です。
どうしても自分で販売に走ったり、自分の販売スタイルのみでセールスに販売方法を無理矢理教え込もうとしたり、恐らくマネージャーにはなれず販売員のKINGのまま突っ走ってしまう事のほうが多いようです。
あくまで昔の自分のようにそれぞれが自分のスタイルを持った販売員のキングを作る、コレが仕事です。
私のスタイルは最後の手段として自分の販売スタイルを見せて販売方法を教えます、では最初から店長も販売に加わり常にフォローしたりスタイルを共有すべきだ、という考えもあるかと想いますが、私はあえてやり方だけを少し教え直ぐに接客をさせ、そこから自分でなぜ売れなかったのか、なぜ今の接客でお客様が買ったのか、それについて一緒に考えます、そこでも私のスタイルがありまして、こちらから何故？何故？とは聞きません。

自発的に何故売れなかったのか何故売れたのか、自分できずき私に聞きに来なければ根本的なものが変わっていないと思います。であれば自発的に聞きに来るように相手にはきずかせないように仕向け、聞きに来た時にその事について褒めます、そうすれば誰だって褒められ嬉しくなればよく人の話を聞く様になります。

ＩＪＴ国際宝飾展2007

先日、国際宝飾展に行ってきました。
もちろん仕事です、一週間程出張していたのですが、本当に勉強になる一週間だったと思います。
いつの日か必ず、東京に出店したいdesu!!

そして、今回忙しくて逢えなかった芸能人に、自分の力で必ず会ってみせると誓いました！（笑）
また、来年がすごく楽しみです！！

I went to buy display with Ogawa!

Tomorrow is busy! of course Today is busy too!!

I must go to the BRAND'S tomorrow! I go to make a display!

Today is holiday

Today was holiday! therefore I went to shopping to Hakata Station, Home Center, Canal city

and Ayumi's office!!

I bought blanket at MUJIRUSI of Canal city!

Oh sorry! I go to Ayumi's office from now!

I make a dinner today!

What do i make it..!! hehe!

And Ayumi don't know I was holiday!

I go to it to meet you now and intend to threaten it!!
