Amasake Pudding

☆Ingredients

A.1 cup amasake(one package)
B.1 cup water
C.a dozen raisins
D.half an apple, (thinly sliced)
E.pinch of salt
F.1 Tbsp kuzu
G.half a small lemon(thinly sliced),for garnish

☆recipe

1.Ilute "amazake" in water and stir well.
2.Add raisins, Apple, and salt.
3.Bring to a boil,then simmer over a low flame until apple is disintegrated. stirring occasionally.
4.Dilute "Kuzu" in a little water, then add to the pot. stir constantly for a few minutes.
5.Let cool, andserve with lemon.
