The effects of auricular acupuncture in Stomach and Shen Men points on satiety with true and placebo needles
演題要旨
パイオネクス6号とその針先をとった偽針をつくり、耳点の神門点と胃点に留置して満腹感の催起を統計的に比較した。
方法：一人の患者が (T,T,F,F) (T,F,T,F) (T,F,F,T) (F,T,T,F) (F,T,F,T)(F,F,T,T)の6通り置針を経験させてManual Analog Scaleで満腹感を測定した。
結果：n=30で比較すると Placebo satiety score 2.5±3.2、true needleでは4.6±3.4であり有意に満腹感は高かった。
Abstract: The existence of stomach points in auricle were confirmed by radial artery tonometry (Ikezono, 2003 and 2006) to develop satiety. Further studies done in combination of Stomach and Shen Men points to obtain adequate satiety following ear acupuncture. Then, satiety studies restarted with the combinations of false needles (F) and true needles (T) in 6 combinations as follows S1=(T,T,F,F), as two times of true and two times of placebo needle in one subject.The order of group produced by random chart. The effects on satiety by ear acupuncture by visual analog scale from 0 to 10 fully occupied.
Results: 30 equal number of Satiety True and Satiety Placebo were analyzed. Satiety Score was 4.6±3.37 in True needle group and was 2.47±3.27 in false needle group. Discussion: The subjects underwent in random order using true needles or placebo needles. The analysis proved that True needles gave the stronger satiety. Conclusion: Ear acupuncture in Stomach and Shen Men points developed adequate satiety to tolerate low caloric diet therapy to achieve weight reduction.
