HIPPO NIHO SANPO！

Coming back from Oregon

Just about a month ago, my son came back from Astoria, Oregon.

It was good to see him again looking sun-tanned, healthy and happy.

In the car from T-cat to home,

He speaked wired Japanese, it was Toyama or Aichi direct.

(So sorry to Toyama or Aichi people)

I understood why, because he came back from the US with Labo, Utrek, and Lex deligates

who live in Aich, Toyama and Kanto.

He always speaks about nothing but America, his host family.

I easily understood how happy he was in America.

I appriciate to his host family, and 4-H co-ordinater,

Hippo co-ordinater and all founder of this exchange program.

Off(nickname of my son from Thailand) calling

Off gave me a phone call yesterday.

I was so happy.


He lives in Chiba now, and goes college in Japan.

He came to my home for 2 weeks when he was young, 16 years old.

He is from Thailand, Bankok.

Now he grew up and

becomes a nice guy and a very politeful man.




He showed me his Blog.

It is his dairy, about his hobby, and travel.

He likes travel, maybe his job is about traveling, I thought.

I don't remember the name of German.
but only meanings.

and she made salad.
she used ,
two kinds of spices,
oregano and sweat basil.

she is good at cooking.

she speaks in English so fast because she lived in America when she was a little child.
sometimes she use some German words.
it is very close English and German.

American cookies

My daughter made American cookies.
It was good taste.
It was very easy to make.

She is now still at home,
not go to school.

but today she will go to school for
club activity, and bring some cookies for
her friend.

She is now still speaking in English,
but her friends in high school help her
speaking in Japanese.

I think this experence is very interesting.
I want to know how she can speak in English and Japanese.

My daughter came back.

As you know,
my daughter came back yesterday from U.S.A.
She becomes taller, a lettle bit wider,
and more mature than before.

She is now an American girl,
because her behavier is like an American,
and she speaks still in English.
It is a little bit problem for my sons.
They are exciting and confusing first,
but now it's OK.

Her host family is so nice.
She is loved so much.
I am happy now.
