Hotel Huasi Continental / Quito / Ecuador

Im staying at : Hotel Huasi Continental

in Quito since yesterday(6 de Noviembere).
Big room ! compared to where I was staying at Otavalo.
Here Im taking a room for 3 ! and yet paying only $5 / night.

Close enough to Old Town center, Plaza Grande.
Can be good base to walk around Old Town.

One thing, the guy (at night) at reception is not nice.
But the girl (at daytime) is nice enough to make it balanced.

今日２４日、イバラより２０ｋｍほど離れた町オタバロに来ました。
ここでは２週間ほど滞在してスペン語のクラスを取る予定。

トイレ・シャワーは共同ですがお湯でます。
おばあちゃんとその家族がやってます。
中心から５ブロックほど離れてるんで
部屋狭いですが静かで良いです。

ホスタル エクアドル＠イバラ／Hostal Ecador @Ibarra, Ecador

昨日書いたとおりイバラに居ます。

快晴です

写真は　窓から、ホテルの外観　の２枚です。
目の前の山はなんと４９００ｍ、こんな山が目の前に・・

一緒に来たイスラエル人のジョーダンとシェアして　一人＄５、安い。
ちなみにエクアドルの通貨はアメリカドルです。

シャワーお湯（夜は難あり）だしいいです。
でも昨日フロアを間違ってしまい別のドアを開けようとしてしまい
そしたらなんと空きました。
空けた先にはバスタオルを腰に巻いたおっちゃんが立ってました・・。

全部屋　カギ一緒？　

ジョーダンとあきれて笑うしかなかったです。













As I wrote yesterday, I m at Ibarra, Ecador.
Three hours away from the border.

This is the view from the room, and outlook of the hotel.
I shared room with Jordan (from Israel), $5 per person.
Compared to Colombia, things get cheaper.

With hot shower, very nice but yesterday
we mistakenly tried to open the room 1 floor below and
we could open the door by our key !!
There was a person almost naked standing.
We guess that there is only 1 key for all rooms here. hahaha

The mountain in the picture, altitude is over 4900m.
Wow it is just in front of us.

ドミトリー（相部屋）はカリで経験して　まぁ問題はないんですが
何せこの二日間の経緯からすぐにでも眠りにつきたかったもので・・

贅沢ですがプライベートにさせて頂きました。
プライベートとは言っても空いてる相部屋を一人で使うだけ。
混んできたら相部屋になっちゃいます。

古いコロニアルマンションを使ってるんで部屋は格好いいですが
目の前の廊下に溜まり場があるんでしゃべり声はうるさし。

住めば都、その輪に入ってしまえば楽しいのですが。

Granma run small guest house.

Domitory would be OK but this time I need good rest.
So I stay at private room here. ( use domitory room for one person )

At night and morning, we have hot shower (shared).
Only thing I dont like is I can hear everything from corridor.
We have table and chairs at corridor so other travelers talk up late there.

ホテル＠ピタリト/Hotel in Pitalito

１０月２０日にピタリトで泊ったゲストハウスです。
カリから３時間先のポパヤンに行きたかったんですが
誤ってそこからさらに６時間先、つまりカリから結局９時間先の辺境の地
ピタリトという町まで来てしまいました。

すでに夜１０時、来てしまったものは仕方がないんで
タクシーに安いところ適当に探してもらったんですがどこも週末でいっぱいでここに。

２５０００ペソ（＄１３）で高い割りにシャワーは水だし
隣の部屋のいびきは聞こえるし、朝６時過ぎに頼んでないのに
コーヒー持ってきて起こすし（早く帰れってことか？）
踏んだりけったりの一日でした。

カリで罰当たりなことした天罰なのかも知れないと今更ながら反省してます。


This is where I stayed in Pitalito, Colombia on 20 de Octobure.
By mistake, I went to Pitalito, 9 hours away from Cali,
when I was supposed to go Popayan, 3 hours away.

There was nothing I could do, so I asked taki driver to take me hotel.
Badly, cheap hotels were all filled, so I stayed this hotel.
I was so tired that I couldnt even care about the name.

25000peso ($13), most expensive so far, yet without hot shower.
Thin wall, I could even hear snoring from next room...
