In the Associated Press they did a report that over 41 million people are exposed to pharmaceutical drugs in TREATED drinking water. We have all heard the saying 'There is something in the water' Well There IS. Time to Stand UP and Get Pissed for Once AMERICA. Remember your baby's formula is now being contaminated with drugs. And there is NO FEDERAL or STATE REGULATIONS ON WATER TREATMENT FOR DRUGS. 'There Is Something In The Water' well this saying is no more just an idea of a conspiracist. TOXIC HAZARDS IN THE BATH & SHOWERSKIN PENETRATION: H.S. Brown, PhD; D.R.Bishop, MPH, and C.A. Rowan, MSPH, report that assessments of drinking water safety rely on the assumption that ingestion represents the principle route of exposure. But skin penetration rates for solvents are remarkably high, and the stratum corneum is a less effective barrier to penetration than traditionally assumed. Based on published skin absorption rates, these 3 researchers used Fick's Law to determine permeability constants for selected compounds. Then they calculated dose per kilogram for 9 different exposure situations and compared this to the oral dose per kilogram. They found that skin absorption contributed from 29 to 91 percent of the total dose, averaging 64 percent. Outside of occupational settings, little attention has been paid to skin absorption as a route of entry for volatile organic compounds. Since the mid-sixties, numerous investigators have explored the mechanism of epidermal barrier function in relation to solvents. Although a complex process, dermal uptake of compounds occurs mainly through passive diffusion, involving selective mechanisms in the various lipid & protein structures of the stratum corneum. The researchers concluded that skin absorption of contaminants in municipal water has been underestimated and that ingestion may not constitute the sole or even primary route of exposure. In addition to penetration of contaminants through the skin to the body as a whole, the contaminants can adversly affect the skin itself. Chlorine chemically bonds with proteins in the hair, skin and scalp. Hair can becomes rough and brittle and lose color. Skin can dry out with itchy, flaky scalp occurring. Chlorine can aggravate sensitive areas in the eyes, nose, throat and lungs. INHALATION: Chloroform (a Trihalomethane or THM) and trichloroethylene (TCE) are two highly volatile toxic chemicals that have been identified in many municipal drinking-water supplies. The National Academy of Sciences has estimated that 200 to 1000 people may die in the U.S. each year (1986) from cancers caused by ingesting these contaminants in water. However, the major threat caused by these water pollutants is far more likely to be as air pollutants in the home, according to a study by Dr. Julian Andelman. He found that in the shower when temperature and chemical concentrations increase and diameter of shower head hole decreases, volatilization increases. His data indicate that hot showers (109??F) can liberate about 50% of the dissolved chloroform and 80% of the dissolved TCE into the air. Both the heat and the large surface-to-volume ratio of small droplets increase vaporization. Chlorine, TCE, chloroform, benzene and others are readily absorbed through the lungs into the bloodstream. CONTAMINANTS: The contaminants mentioned in this article are not necessarily in your tap water. However, if chlorine is present in the water it is most certain that other contaminants are also. Chlorine combines with organic substances forming Trihalomethanes including Chloroform . The most common volatile compounds in drinking water supplies as found by the EPA are as listed: trichloroethylene, tetrachloroethylene, carbon tetrachloride, benzene, 1,1,1-trichloroethane, 1,2-dichloroethane, methylene chloride, 1,1-dichloroethylene, bis-1,2-dichloroethylene, vinyl chloride, trans-1,2-dichloroethylene, chlorobenzene, dichlorobenzene, & trichlorobenzene. The Toxic Effects of FluorideThe devastating, toxic effects of fluoride are well documented by mainstream organizations. The Journal of the Am. Medical Ass. (1990-1992) has reported a greater incidence of hip fractures in fluoridated areas in the U.S. and UK. The New England Journal of Medicine (1990) reported that fluoride treatment of osteoporosis patients resulted in higher hip fracture rates. The govtl Natl Institute of Environmental and Health Sciences (1990) & scientist at the U.S. E.P.A. (1989-1993) have shown that fluoride causes cancer, and does not reduce tooth decay (1987-1988).In a number of small villages in Sicily, Turkey and India there is naturally occurring fluoride in the water ranging from 0.7 to 5.4 ppm. Here the villagers and their livestock are chronically ill, while neighboring villages with no fluoride have no such illnesses. Premature aging is the overall effect. Children have brown decaying teeth; young adults often have none. Young men are bent over and crippled with pain in their joints and hips. Their skin is wrinkled and they look 60 at age 30 to 40. There is premature hardening of the arteries, loss of appetite & sex drive by age 30. The rate of stillborn miscarriages by 4 months is extremely high. In the U.S. a disease of brown decaying teeth has been known since 1916. In 1931 it was identified as "dental fluorosis". Bone disorders (skeletal fluorosis, osteoporosis and arthritic pains) from fluoride in the water have been reported in the U.S. In Bartlett, TX (1943-1953) where the water had 8ppm fluoride, the death rate was 3 times higher than in neighboring Cameron, TX with 0.4 ppm fluoride. The U.S. Center for Disease Control and The Safe Water Foundation estimate 30,000 to 50,000 excess deaths each year in areas where there is 1 ppm fluoride in the drinking water, the normal added amount. Fluoride IS a poison! The 1984 issue of Clinical Toxicology of Commercial Products lists fluoride as more poisonous than lead and just slightly less poisonous than arsenic. It has been used as a pesticide for mice, rats and other small pests. A 10# infant could be killed by 1/100 of an ounce and a 100# adult could be killed by 1/10 of an ounce of fluoride. The Akron Regional Poison Center indicates that a 7 ounce tube of toothpaste contains 199 mg. of fluoride, more than enough to kill a 25# child. There are documented deaths of infants and children caused by "normal dosage" of fluoride tablets or treatments. Many studies make it clear that fluoride causes genetic damage. The mechanism cannot be exactly pinpointed because fluoride interferes with a number of physiological processes. Most evidence indicates that it acts on the DNA Repair Enzyme System. It may also interfere with DNA synthesis or act directly on the DNA. In any case, damaged DNA and a slowed down DNA Repair Enzyme System lead to a snowballing cycle of aging > damage > aging > damage, etc. If the unrepaired DNA damage occurs in a cell which gives rise to a sperm or egg cell, the damage will be replicated in every cell of the offspring's body and will lead to a birth defect. Water is replicating itself all the time. If water is cold, the ozone is sucked into the river, it bounds with the hydrogen and boom! It’s been noted for a long time, since the beginning of history that the amount of water that shows up in a river does not equal the amount of water shed of rain that comes down or spring water that comes out. Water is replicating itself. It’s doing it all the time. Due water is replicated water. Hydrogen at the bladed tip of grass actually is mating with the oxygen right at due point and boom: water is made out of nothing. Due water is first born water. And it’s happening in rivers all the time, especially if it’s cold. If water remains cold, hydrogen in the water is able to accumulate. The ozone is sucked into the river and it mates with hydrogen and replicates water and produces more water than the spring or the watershed can produce. Water is created out of nothing all the time.
