I confess, I've started to distance the book when I'm reading
So, what was the next logical step to do?
I went on the net to search for a solution since I do not want to wear reading glasses ever!
It looks like even if you have had perfect vision all your life, after a certain age, your short sight will slowly start to be less sharp. I am too embarrased to admit this to anyone, and I will not likely admit this to my friends. But the good news is that I can reverse this weakness by doing some easy exercises every day for 5 days in a row.
The same way I brush my teeth in order not to lose my teeth when I grow older, I can do some 6 min eye exercises per day to keep my eyes in perfect health.
And so I started with this method:
You can give it a try too! I hope it works. So far, I did it just a few times. I will let you know my improvement as soon as I get one. The truth is that I can read the fineprint without glasses, it's just the distance from eyes to print that is getting bigger. After all, small wonder since I read all day long either book or internet.
Don't wait any longer!
See clearly again without reading glasses. Reverse middle-aged sight & sharpen your near vision
