＊taste は｢味がする｣という意味で、　It taste sour. ｢酸っぱい｣ It tastes bitter. ｢苦い｣、It tastes good. ｢美味しい｣などと活用できます。「〜みたいな味がする｣と表現したいなら　It tastes like 〜。
