			<title>ダイエット</title>
			<description>&lt;div&gt;料理にはすべて、ノーカロリーの砂糖を使いました。ご飯は一食が１５０グラムに&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div&gt;抑えました。甘いものを食べたい時には、ご飯を１００グラムに抑えて、甘いものは５０グラム位食べ我慢しました。&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div&gt;職場でケーキを食べた時は、主食は食べずに、主菜、副菜だけ食べました。&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div&gt;炭水化物を減らすと痩せます。私の場合は砂糖はノーカロリーを使っています。&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div&gt;計量スプーンで必ず計るようにしています。適当だと入れすぎますので、必ず&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div&gt;計ります。&lt;/div&gt;</description>
