サマソニではどのバンドが
良かったですか？

素敵なバンドが山のように
出演するのでどれを見るかが
悩むのが楽しいですよね。

ライブだけじゃなくて、
上の写真のようにサイン会もあったりして。

あっ、今年はお笑いを何も見てないことに今気づいた！！

で、話は飛びまして
WE ARE SCIENTISTSの
とんでて面白いコメントの最後です。

本当に冗談が好きな彼ら。
彼らの本国のホームページの日記も
かなり遊んでて面白いですよw

The EMI guys just had us
sign 6 plain square white cards for unknown purposes.
If you see these cards on eBay, please boycott them.
You think we're joking, but we're not.
Last year the EMI folks in another country
got us to sign a bunch of CDs and
t-shirts and posters and little kids and
then they auctioned them off at a public auction
to make up the shortfall in corporate earnings.

Just kidding, EMI! That incident has been forgotten!
To the point that we now admit "it didn't happen"!
Thank you for not editing this!

Hey, you know that band Editors?
Yeah, well we heard that they're all thieves and liars.
Actually, we know they are, cuz they stole stuff from each of us and
then lied about having done so (we guess the latter is unsurprising).
But anyway, their record is great and you should check it out.
And if you see them, mention that we want our videos back.
Insist that we taped them fair and square, completely legally, since Chris U.
was in a public park when he performed those unspeakable things with that child/girl;
unspeakable things which fairly called out to be taped,
and which we simply taped. Hey, Chris U.!

Okay, we're all heading over to
the K-Swiss tent now for some unabashed 21st century fun
-- always with a layer of latex protection, remember, kids at home!
If you don't hear back from us by end of next summer, alert the authorities.



（東芝EMIの）スタッフが、
６枚の白い正方形のカードを渡して、サインするように言うんだ。
目的はわからないんだけど。
もしeBayでこのサイン色紙みたら、みんなボイコットするように。

冗談だと思ってるだろう。でも僕たちは冗談なって言ってない。

去年他の国のEMIのやつらが何枚ものCDとTシャツとポスターに
サインしろっていうからしたんだけど、
やつらパブリック・オークションにだしやがって、
自分たちの企業の赤字の埋め合わせをしようとしてるんだ。

冗談だよ、EMI!

今は「そんなことはなかった」といえる。
だからここの部分は編集してくれると助かります。


そうだ、みんな、バンドのEditorsって知ってる?
盗人とうそつきで知られてるやつらさ。
実際、そうだって俺たちは知ってる。
だって彼ら僕たちからそれぞれなんか盗んで、
そのことについて嘘をついているんだ。

でもとにかく彼らのアルバムは凄くいいからチェックするべきだよ。


それと、もし彼らを目撃したら、
僕たちのビデオを返すように言っといて。
僕たちはちゃんとフェアに彼らをビデオで撮影したんだ。
合法でね。クリス･U以来ね。
公園での撮影だったんだ。
かれがその言えないようなことを子供と女の子にしてるところをね。
口に出せないことをテープに収録するようにいわれ、
そしてしたんだ。そうだろ、Chris U.!

オーケー、僕たちはK−Swissテントに今いて、
21世紀を楽しんでるよ。
いつもゴムを何枚もしてプロテクトするんだよ。
覚えておくんだ、家にいるこどもたち！
もしも僕たちからの情報が来年の夏まで何もなかったら、
お偉いさんたちに注意するように言っておいて。
