during the class in April, we enjoyed Easter related activities.
the most exciting event was coloring! ４月はイースターのイベントをたくさんしました。 山場となったのは、卵のカラーリングです。
まず、白い殻の方ゆで卵を用意します。そして冷まします。

then, draw picture, name, line, or whatever you want on the egg with Magic Crayon♥
and dye them with vinegar based liquid. で、マジッククレヨン＝「ろう」で卵に絵を描きます。そして色付け。お酢ベースの色液を用意しておきます。 can you see the white lines 6year old boy and girl draw on the egg?
Now we need time for drying. これは６歳の子のクラス。 this is the class of 10years old or more.

夏休みの宿題と格闘中のコドモタチ・・・
さきほど次男から、質問を受けましたので、ここに回答とともに感想も載せようと思います
次男
excuse って「許し」って意味らしいけど、じゃ、excuse me って言われたらなんて答えるの？？

そうやって考えてしまうと英語って難しいですね・・
私が塾で英語講師をしているので、さぞかしうちのコドモタチは英語ができるだろうと思っている方も居ますが、
灯台下暗し・・・とはこのことか？？

というダイアローグを繰り返しの学習で、身についている小学校低学年のお子達と普段接しているので、
この次男の質問には、心底驚きと、焦りを感じてしまいました・・・

英検準１級の指導をするのですが。
生徒さんは
小６
これは、既存のテキストでは、上手くいかないかも・・と思い、
オリジナルを作っています。
準１級は大学生レヴェルですから、試験内容も、会話も成人相当レヴェル
いくらおませな小学生でも、
例えば仕事の場面は、想像力を引き出すしかないですね。
バイト経験でもあれば、大分違うのですが・・・
２級に受かっているお子さんなので、語学そのものに、さして心配はしてないのですが、
長文の内容そのものが日本語でも理解できるのかどうか
その辺がちょっぴり不安です
ま、
大人の何倍も柔軟な脳なので、どんどん吸収してくれるでしょう。
１級も合格最年少は小学６年生ですからね。
