窓 その四 冬 テニスン

恋人は冬を迎えて寒さをしのいでいる。火を見詰めながらの単調な我慢の日々。テニスンは歌唱可能性を意識したのか、単調な冬の日常を描写する所では、類似した音で行を繰り返している。単調さに耐えかねた箇所では、いきなり長い行を持って来て調子を変えている。

焚火が楽しい。
薪がよく乾き
炎がきれい。

年の踵も凍みる。

寒いのは平気！
霜も光には近寄るまい。
青いワラジムシも
デブのヤマネも
ミツバチも静か。
ハエは死んだ。
家の芯まで冷えるが
僕の心は温かい
