赤い、赤いバラ ロバート・バーンズ

スコットランドの詩人ロバート・バーンズの「赤い、赤いバラ」である。スコットランド語の語彙としてはおなじみのlass, bonnie くらいである。luve: love が新しいだろうか。その他独特の省略があるが、前後関係から類推できる。スコットランドの船員が航海に出るらしい。これもスコットランド民謡だろうか。多くの人が作曲している。外国では携帯の着メロにもなっているようだ。
