抑々…、米国・Trump新政権に望みたい事は…、施政方針演説で…、税制改革や社会基盤(インフラ) 投資に触れたものの…、具体的な内容には踏み込まなかった由…。Trump氏の政策は財政赤字を拡大する可能性が有る。米国議会との調整が本格化するのを前に…、財政均衡を重視する議員の多い共和党に配慮し…、爪を隠したと云った印象だぜよ!!!!!…。

 

 

我が日本国経済に取って脅威なのはTrump流の「(米国にとって) 公正な貿易」 だ…。 自由貿易では通常…各国がル−ルを先に決めて…、後は企業の裁量に任せる。併し…、Trump氏は…、「米国第一」 のスロ−ガンの下…、企業を名指しで批判し…、個別事案にも介入して居る。他国や企業の疑心暗鬼は益々募るばかりだぜよ!!!…。此れ迄の自由貿易の恩恵を世界で最も受けて居るのは他ならぬ米国企業なのだ!!!…。Trump政権は…、(各国が尊重する) 自由貿易の原則を何処迄許容出来るのか…、其の立場を明確にする可きだ!!!。米国経済が好調な限り…、我が日本国経済にとってもプラスと云う関係はあまり変わらないぜよ!!!!!。だが…、Trump氏の政権運営次第で…、世界経済の不確実性が著しく高まるリスクが在ると云えようぜ!!!!!。

 

 

因みに…、此の度の初の議会演説に対する米国民の評価は総じて…、良好との由。CNNテレビが演説後に行った世論調査では…、「とても良かった」 とする声が５７％…、「良かった」 が２１％で…、約８割が前向き評価したとの由…。Trump氏が過激な発言を控えた事等が好感された由。演説では…、米国経済の「エンジンを再起動させなければならない」 と…、述べ…、景気浮揚と雇用増に全力を挙げる方針を明らかにした。

 

 

社会基盤(インフラ) の整備に１兆ドル(約１１３兆円) を投資するとした他…、大型減税等大統領選で公約に掲げた政策の実現にも力を注ぐ考えを示した由。外交政策では…、「直接的で…、強靭で…、有意義な形で世界に関与する事」 が米国にとって必要だと語り…、同盟関係を重視する姿勢を明確に打ち出した由。
