国会で教育基本法案についての議論がされていると聞く。勝手に私の教育観を語らせてもらう。教員職員免許も持っていないので語る資格はないけれど。。。
中学校の授業に「旅行科」を作る。お金は家庭の事情で場所が変わることの内容に学校側が支払う。お金を渡されて、一年以内に自分で計画を立て、どこに泊まるかを決め、テーマを決めて、実行。最低２泊三日の旅。関東の中学生なら、関東から脱出。必ず日記などメモを取り、報告に備える。カメラも持参させ、何枚か行った先で自分の写真を撮ってもらう。（証拠じゃないけどね。。。）
目的地の中に絶対にその地方の中学校を入れる。事前に連絡を取っておき、向こうに着いたら必ず会いに行き、一日の報告をする。
どう？
これだけを実施するために中学生がやらなきゃいけないことっていうのはこんなにある。
１．行きたい土地を決める（有名な城、綺麗な土地、繁華街、海、山、船、飛行機）
２．いくらかかるのか調べて予算内で収まるようにする（お金、事前調査、常識）
３．計画書作成（文書作成、人に伝える、整理）
４．チケットなど購入（一般常識、自信、人との対応）
５．旅（すべて、人との出会い、綺麗な景色、雑踏、人の温かさ、冷たさ、四季、歴史、地理）
６．学校訪問（知らない土地、目的達成、自信）
７．宿泊（寂しさ、ワクワク感）
８．帰り道（家の暖かさ、旅の終わりの儚さ、来年への計画、反省）
９．まとめ（感想、よい点、ダメな点、次回の計画）
GPS 持たせて、安全面の配慮はできるし。危険だと PTA がいうかなぁ。計画さえしっかり立てて、時間を考えた道筋を考えるのがこの「旅行科」の学ぶ要素だからね。地図見れば道はわかるし、時刻表見て夜つきそうなところはやめればいいし。
この前に一度事前確認のために、その土地の学校の先生とテレカンとかして安全面の配慮をすればいい。安全面に関してはボランティアで守ればいい。
子供が必死に勉強し、吸収しようとしているんだから、それをサポートしない大人はサイテーだぞ！
うわー、こんなに学べる授業ってあるかよ？ねーよなー。
私自身大学生になるまでは一人で旅に出るなんて夢にも思っていなかった。なぜなら恐怖心があるし、なんでいくのかわからない。でも旅って行ってみるとその楽しさがすごくわかり、やめられなくなる。自分で言うのも辺だけど、１つのたびが終わると、成長したかなぁ？って実感がある。
今だから、思うのは日本の修学旅行って「実行委員会」のメンバーが仕切る。仕切った人はそれなりに人のマネージの仕方など学べる。仕切られる側はマジで何もせずいける。勝手に騒いでいるだけだし、旅の道中でもいつもいる連中としかつるまない。
これじゃダメだよね。日本の中学生が必ずこの段階を踏み、次のステップは海外旅行だと思う。お金がかかるから、全員とは言わないまでも、行って損はない。文化の違いを感じるだけでよい。
アジアに行くだけで、アジアの歴史に興味を持つ子は絶対に増える。これだけは断言できる。
どう、文部科学省の方々。この法案通してみない？
I'm interested in education of children, not infant but junior high school students. Why is this generation ? Because they are in the beginning of adult and they want to feel themselves as semi-adult, they have their own opinion,
They are apt to have their dream, and they can understand what they are. The influence in this generation affect strongly for their lives, I guess.
Today I propose my idea to our country, Japan. What is good method of education in 21th century ?
The answer is simple. "Travel"
My plan is following, and this is just my plan and no one see it now. But I believe many people focus this idea ten years later, and I become famous star...
What school and teacher do :
1. Make students travel by themselves once a year
2. Decide the amount of money they can have
3. Just support them
What students do :
1. Where do they want to go ? Find a destination and goal.
2. Make theme about their travel (See foumous castle, capital of Japan, or other things)
3. Make a plan (investigate a lof of things, includuing fees, timetable, weather, costs,
landmark, hotel, and so on)
4. Make a proposal to their teachers
5. Go
6. Make a diary for their memory
7. Review (good point, bad point, and other)
In this country, standard subject in school is "math", "Japanese", "science", "English" and "History". I want to add "Travelling" as one of the important task for students.
They can learn so many things through just one trip by themselves. This is not travelling with their friends, but by oneself. They begin to think about responsibility.
