2月24日からいよいよ始まります。
例年以上にスタンレー本戦、国際大会開催日が早く、5月からは試合が続きます。

3月　フォーム固め、ボートスタミナ
4月 高強度、スタート練習

24日から始まる週２回の練習に向けフィットネスとコンディショニングをしっかりと！！

2月24日　進水式及び西貢チームとの交流会。漕初めです。中国古来の龍丹眼入れ儀式を行います。
　　　　　　　（写真は昨年の）　詳細は、森さんから連絡があります。

また一週間前の17日は、西貢チームの進水式があります。こちらは、ふーちゃんから連絡があります。

【練習が中止になる天候】
練習中止：集合時間の２時間前に台風Ｔ３以上、黒雲が発令。
練習場所での判断：台風Ｔ１、赤雲、強風、雷

We kick off this season at Feb 24th , Stanley and International Race will come earlier this year.

March: Technical & Stamina
April: High strength & Start
May: Races!!

Get your fitness and conditioning optimum level for
Every Sat & Sun practice after 24th.

Feb. 24th. 1st paddling 2013, & Dragon Boat Eye Dotting Ceremony in Chinese traditional style Friendship Lunch with 西貢 team. (see attached photos)
Details will be advised by MORI-san later

Feb 17th, Eye Dotting Ceremony of 西貢 Team. Fu-chan will inform later.

We did cleansing and sweeping the warehouse, now very clean and tidy.
Do not leave your personal belongings in warehouse.
Pls enter from Iron Gate and use this area.


<Practice Cancellation by weather conditions>
Cancel: T3, Black storm warning hoisted 2 hour before gathering time.
Judge at Practice Place: T1, Red Strom, Thunderstorm, Strong Wind; We will judge there to go on practice.
