All host companies of the J1 Visa Program interns are required to guarantee the following:

1) To provide orientation

2) Introduction to personnel and job training

3) Introduction to equipment

4) Provide supervision

5) Communicate & cooperate with WACEJapan

6) Clarify intern's role

7) Understand the J1 visa program
