Q-1) Initial orientation ?

A-1) Upon arrivalin the U.S., all interns must receive orientation about the host company and
its activities, structure, rules, regulations, etc.

Interns must especially be trained about host company regulations, expectations and
safety rules.

As business practices and acceptable on-the-job attitudes vary greatly throughout the world, all interns will only be able to absorb and adjust to the host company's business if
introduced to all aspects of its activities, receive explanation about its business values,
and made aware of its willingness to answer all questions that interns may have.
