receptacle /rɪséptəkl/ 容器
receptable コンセント respectable /rɪspéktəbl/ 尊敬できる resettable 再設定可能な resectable 切除可能な コンセントといえば、典型的な和製英語ですね。
英訳せよ。
「コンセントを抜くのにコードを引っ張るな！」
こんな感じですかね。
Don’t remove the plug from the outlet by pulling the cord. こういう生活密着型用語はクラクラは弱いです・・・（恥）

That said, I guess I might as well only translate the following line
into English.

How about this one? ↓
1. Don't pull the power cord when you pull out the plug from the outlet.
But I think the next one sounds more natural because "plug" alone means
"electrical plug." ↓
2. Don't pull the power cord when you pull out the plug.

↑Keep in mind that I have put an emphasis on "not pulling the power cord"
because you don't want someone to do so whatsoever. And in addition to that,
I have put it at the beginning of the line.
