本日は、マーボウ豆腐を作ってみﾏｽﾀ (･∀･*)
料理って何でもｿｳだけど、 「〜の素」を買ってくれば 大抵の料理は出来てしまうものなんだねｪ〜 (*´ ∀`) ﾄﾘｱｴｽﾞ、豆腐を一丁買ってきて 温めた「素」へぶち込んでみるｗ 水溶き片栗粉でとろみをつけ ｵﾏｹで、長ネギのみじん切りを ﾊﾟﾗﾊﾟﾗして完成！(*･∀・)b マーボウ豆腐というより 豆腐マーボウ ﾀﾞﾅ (-ω-｀ )... 豆腐も原型を留めていないし.... 一人で食べるのに、ｺﾉ量はないﾀﾞﾛぉ〜 ヾ(´▽｀*)ゝ でも、一袋の分量が「3人前」だから 封切してしまえば、3人前しか出来んのだ....。 ま、明日食べれば ｲｲ だﾜｻ (｡･▽･｡) 味は、誰が作っても同じ味だなｧ〜(つД≦｡)°ﾟ｡ |
