RNA-binding proteinであるMusashi-1と、Musashi-1によって制御される転写因子Hes1の小腸における発現部位を検討した論文です。
Musashi-1はPaneth cell直上の数個の細胞で強く発現しているのに対して、Hes1はMusashi-1陽性細胞も含む、より多くの細胞で発現が観察されました。
さらにPanethe cellの間に存在するCrypt Base Columnar CellもMusashi-1およびHes1に陽性でした。
