事前にホスト企業検索時に各企業へ提供する情報です。　参考にしてください。

Assisting procedure for Japanese Englilsh Bilinguals

1) Host company registers http://www.wacejapan.org/host/hostregistration.html

2) WACEJapan posts the position on our database.

3) First, applicant sends application & resume to WACEJapan.

4) Only applicant passes WACEJapan screening, then starts matching process.

5) Before interviewing, WACEJapan emails necessary information to host company and applicant for review and approval in advance.

6) Applicant takes and passes host company interview.

7) Confirming acceptance’s detail by both hosting company and applicant.

8) Applicant obtains DS-2019(Certificate of Eligibility for J1visa Status).

9) Applicant obtains J1visa by passing interview at the U.S. Embassy.

10) Upon arrival in US, and J1 training starts.
