Today I worked until am9:30 from yesterday am9:30.
So I went to my house , I soon fall in sleep.
I got up at pm0:30.
I ate lunch with my grandma and father.
I ate leftovers japanese dishes.
Then I sort out old letters .
I went to poor by the car.
I swam and walked for 45 minutes.
I swam the crawl and backstroke.
I measured my weight.
It was 64 kg.
I talked with the staff of that poor.

She is elder woman,but her smile is very nice.
So I like her.
And then I went home.

Today,I got up at seven fifty.
I ate breakfast with my grandmather.
The menu is rice and miso soup.
And I cleaned toilet.
I watch news and Internet.
I checked foreign exchange.
Especially NS＄ and Zar.

I made a rice ball.
Then I went to the office by the car.

First time, I write a diary in my brog.
Today,I did some habit.

No.1 I went to the poor for swimming.
No.2 I cleaned my house on the morning.
I cleaned the entrance .
I cleaned my room and dumped some magazines.
No.3 I did registration of ETC service.
No.4 I did muscle training.
Especially,push-up and sit-ups.
No.5 I studied English on the morning for 10 minute.
No.6 I read a book for my life.
No.7 I did repair of my snowboard.

I want to get more nice habit in my life.
So I'm going to try some good habit every day.
Good habit is very important for my future.
