もう一つの障害への帰属に対する一般的な規則は、7にあてはまります。
非脈管頭蓋内障害に起因している頭痛。 ≪新≫
1. When a new headache occurs for the first time in close temporal relation to a non-vascular intracranial disorder, it is coded as a secondary headache attributed to that disorder. This remains true when the new headache has the characteristics of any of the primary headache disorders classified in Part One of ICHD-3.
2. When a pre-existing headache with the characteristics of a primary headache disorder becomes chronic, or is made significantly worse (usually meaning a twofold or greater increase in frequency and/or severity), in close temporal relation to a non-vascular intracranial disorder, both the initial headache diagnosis and a diagnosis of 7. Headache attributed to non-vascular intracranial disorder (or one of its types or subtypes) should be given, provided that there is good evidence that the disorder can cause headache.

今回の改正で「頭痛の限定条件基準」の『頭痛』と言う言葉自身が基準の条件から除かれた。

7.2 低髄液 (CSF) 圧による頭痛
説明：
通常、首の痛み、耳鳴り、聴力の変化を伴って低い脳脊髄のfluid（CSF）圧（自然発生的であるか二番目の）（またはCSF漏出）に起因する起立性の頭痛、photophophia（羞明）、そして、/、または、吐き気。 CSF圧の正常化またはCSFの成功したシーリングが漏れたあと、それは送金します。 ≪注KIKITATA≫
この訳であれば、「起立性の頭痛、」「（羞明）、」「そして、/、または、吐き気。」として、並列に取上げているので、どれかが有ればそれで十二分条件が果たされ、いずれが欠けても良いとなる。
これは、現実に最も近いと考えられる。・・・・・
➀但し、国の厚労省治療ブラッドパッチ保険適用の基準は、今だに「起立性頭痛の限定条件基準」があり、起立性頭痛のない患者は各種の検査さえ保険では受けられず、総医療費の全額が個人負担となり、『脳脊髄液減少症』で有っても公にはこれは認められない。

下記の総てに対して基準となりました。『7.2 Headache attributed to low cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) pressure 』

以前も何度もブログ記載しましたが、「7.2.1」「7.2.2 」「7.2.3 」は完全な独立したものでは有りません。
➀まず、基準は「7. 」が以下の全体を定めています。
➁そして、「7.2 」が以下の全体を定めています。
⓷最後に、それぞれの「7.2.1」「7.2.2 」「7.2.3 」があり、総て上位「7. 」「7.2 」が優先される基準なのです。
➃日本ではこの上位の基準が、余りにも医学会・裁判でも考えられず無視・無知でした。（私は注意喚起をブログで再三に渡りさせて頂きました。）
➄新基準では、この事「7.2のHeadacheの頭痛fulfilling基準」を唯、あえて記載し明らかにしただけなのです。 ➅従って総て上位「7. 」「7.2 」が優先される基準であり、真実の正しい和訳が重要性を持つのです。
⓻前回の日本の公式和訳は、無知か欺瞞かは明らかにはならないが真実の正しい和訳ではない。、
