「起立性頭痛時間制限の限定条件基準」から「総ての頭痛の限定条件基準」に変更され
今回の改正で「頭痛の限定条件基準」の『頭痛』と言う言葉自身が基準の条件から除かれた。 ➀但し、国の厚労省治療ブラッドパッチ保険適用の基準は、今だに「起立性頭痛の限定条件基準」があり、起立性頭痛のない患者は各種の検査さえ保険では受けられず、総医療費の全額が個人負担となり、『脳脊髄液減少症』で有っても公にはこれは認められない。

以前も何度もブログ記載しましたが、「7.2.1」「7.2.2 」「7.2.3 」は完全な独立したものでは有りません。
➀まず、基準は「7. 」が以下の全体を定めています。
➁そして、「7.2 」が以下の全体を定めています。
⓷最後に、それぞれの「7.2.1」「7.2.2 」「7.2.3 」があり、総て上位「7. 」「7.2 」が優先される基準なのです。
➃日本ではこの上位の基準が、余りにも医学会・裁判でも考えられず無視・無知でした。（私は注意喚起をブログで再三に渡りさせて頂きました。）
➄新基準では、この事「7.2のHeadacheの頭痛fulfilling基準」を唯、あえて記載し明らかにしただけなのです。 ➅従って総て上位「7. 」「7.2 」が優先される基準であり、真実の正しい和訳が重要性を持つのです。
