The registration

The registration for Japan Gyouseishoshi lawyer Association will be completed about the middle of April,
since I have applied it on 5th, March.
As soon as I get the certification, I will start my business.
Works which a Gyouseishoshi lawyer can do cover a wide range.
I am planning to do mainly two fields among them.

1, Matters of civil affairs
A will and an inheritance.
A divorce by agreement.
A traffic accident.
A notarized deed.
An immigration.(Staying permission, naturalization, Japanese visa and other.)
Making a contract.(sell and purchase, lease for properties and money.)

2,Environmential compliance supporting.
A consultation for processing Industrial wastes.
Making reports for air, water, soil, noise, chemical substances and others.

I can do every works in addition to above matters.

What is Gyouseishoshi Lawyer

Today, I would like to explain what Gyouseishoshi lawyer is doing.

Works of Gyouseishoshi lawyer are to handle with any documents or applications to the administrative office concerning Marriage, Immigration, an establishment of company, and others.
We also make documents for the solution of troubles between privates.

As a result of exam. will be announced at 28th. January,
I am planning to apply my registration to Japan Gyouseishoshi lawyer Association after the announcement.

MY policies on my duty are

2, Action on demand
3, From your point of view

Welcome to my blogs.
I would like to start English Journal from today to communicate with English speaking people on my blogs.
I am sorry that Journal is not submitted everyday, maybe once or twice a week.

At first, let me introduce myself.
I am living in Chiba Pref. next to Tokyo, Japan, with my wife and three children.

November 11th. I took an exam. for the qualification of Gyoseishoshi Lawyer (or administrative scrivener).
The result will be informed January 28th. Next year.

I am planning to start my office coming Spring, if the exam. be succeeded.

As I didn¡Çt use English for long time, I hope the blogs will let me study again.
