英重大不正監視局（SFO）はEurasian Natural Resources Corporation(ENRC)の親会社EurasianResources Groupの最高責任者に逮捕状を発行した。（事情聴取に応じないため）

裁判所は、ENRCがイスラエルの億万長者であるDanGertlerに現金40百万ドルを拠出したと主張している。彼は最近、コンゴ民主共和国の腐敗しているとされるビジネス取引に関与したことで、米国の制裁を受けていた。SFOは、ロンドンにある鉱業グループGlencoreとGertler氏の関係を別に調べている。

コバルト関連のChambishi Metals Plc（ザンビア）、Kingamyambo Musonoi Tailings (KMT)（DRコンゴ）は、Eurasian Resourcesの関係会社
