Today, we've been to Stonehenge. But was kind of busy day.
At first, we planned to go there by train. But after getting train station, I saw many train is delay. I have a bad feeling about this..
And wait in the que and tried to buy a ticket, and then officer just told me, there was a physical injury on the rail so that many trains are delaying.. Anyway, I told officer I wanna go to Salisbury, but officer told me I'd better to go there by bus because they're not sure when train will be back on schedule... So we decided to go there by bus because we have only today to go there!! Then, moved to bus station and get on the bus to Salisbury.
And after arriving Salisbury, we had to change bus to Stonehenge. And, we've got bus to Stonehenge, but another problem is, after get Stonehenge, we have only 20mins to get bus that goes back to Salisbury. After that, we don't have anymore bus..
But we decided to take a taxi back to Salisbury. We wanted to take a time to look around. Even there's nothing around Stonehenge, but 20mins would be too short.
And then, arrived Stonehenge. Unfortunately, raining a bit. And, very windy. We pay for entree and get phone number to taxi. Take a look at Stonehenge for a while. It's big stones. How people can be these things in old time. And what does this mean? So much things I don't know. Anyway, as I thought we couln't make it to get on the last bus. Rain and wind getting stronger. After take a look at Stonehenge, back to entrance, and called to phone number to taxi, but they says there's no taxi around here right now, and told me we have to wait 1hr. Or, try another number he gave me. Of course we can't wait in this rainy and windy weather, no place opening anymore so I called another number but nobody pickup..
I was wondering what we should do, and then, I saw one taxi came, and one guy are about to get on. I ran to that taxi and asked them if he goes to Salisbury and can share with us. He shared with us. I got a luck.
On the way back to Salisbury, we talked for a while. The guy was from Monaco, Monte Carlo, owns his house just in front of the port, and in front of his yacht, and living with neighborhood of some famous F1 drivers!! Drivers who I know!! Yeah, he's rich person. I was just wondering that cost so expensive to live in Monte Carlo and have a yacht even for rich people like him!! And he says yes, of course. It cost a lot. Not only to buy, but also for fuel, for parking, maintenance. So many things cost him a lot to keep owing his yacht. I wish I can do that someday.
And arrive at his hotel, say thank you to him and we seperated. And then, we've been to the Cathedral which has highest spire in England.
Then, been back to bus station and get a bus back to London. Then back to hotel.
He'll leave tomorrow afternoon.

今日はストーンヘンジに行ってきたが、ちょっと忙しい1日だった。
まず、電車で行くのを予定していたんだけど、駅に着いてみたら遅延の嵐。いやぁな予感がするなぁ。。
チケットを買うために列に並んで順番を待つが、駅員に言われたのは人身事故の為電車に遅れが出ているとのこと。とにかく、ソルスベリーに行きたいことを伝えると、いつ復旧するか分からないからバスのほうが良いよと言われる。。ということで今日しかないからバスで行くことに。そして、バス停に行き、バスに乗り、一路ソルスベリーまで。
そしてソルスベリー到着後、ストーンヘンジ行きのバスに乗り換えるが、ここで更なる問題が。ストーンヘンジに到着後20分でソルスベリー行きのバスが出るのだが、それがなんと最終なのだ。
でも、いくら周りに何もないとはいえ、時間掛けて見て周りたいし、20分は短すぎだろうということで、ソルスベリーまでタクシーで戻ることに。
まぁとにかく、ストーンヘンジに到着。残念ながらちょっと雨が降ってるし、風もとても強い。とにかく入場料を払い、タクシーの電話番号をもらい、ストーンヘンジを見て周った。確かに石はでかい。どうやってこんなのを昔作ったんだろう？そして、どんな意味があるんだろう？知らないことが多すぎる。とりあえず、思ったとおり最終バスには間に合わなかった。そして雨と風は強くなる中ストーンヘンジを見て周り、入り口まで戻りタクシーに電話すると、今一台も周りに一台もいないから１時間待つか違う番号をあげるからそっちに掛けてくれとの事。もちろん、こんな雨と風の中、どこも開いてないような場所で待てないから、もらった番号に掛けてみると、誰も出ない。。
そして途方にくれてる時だった、タクシーが一台来るのを発見。そして、男の人が一人で乗るところだった。そこでそのタクシーに向かってダッシュし、ソルスベリーに行くか、そして相乗りしてくれないかどうか頼んだらOKしてくれた。あぁ、運良かった。
ソルスベリーに戻るまで、しばらく話をしたが、彼はモナコ、モンテカルロ在住で、家は港と自家用クルーザーのまん前で近所には有名なF1ドライバー数人が住んでいるらしい。俺も知ってるようなドライバーだ。どうやら金持ちらしい。ちょっと疑問に思ったので、こんな金持ちの人でもモンテカルロに住むのや、自家用クルーザーを持つのはコストが掛かるものなのか聞いてみると、答えはもちろんイエスだった。購入するだけじゃなく、燃料代、停泊代、維持費等そうとうのものがクルーザーを持つのには掛かるらしい。いつかそんな生活できたらなぁ。
そして彼のホテルに到着し、お礼を言い別れ、イングランドで一番高い尖塔を持つという大聖堂に行ってみた。
そして、バス停に戻り、ロンドン行きのバスに乗り、ホテルに戻った。
明日の午後には親父はロンドン出発だ。
