今回は、先日の記事で述べた不妊治療は詐欺であるとの英国BBC放送の記事です。

尚、私は1997年頃に、不妊治療を行う東京のレディスクリニックに仕事柄訪問し、不妊治療の実態を知りました。当時でも不妊治療の費用は１夫婦当たり４００万円強と記憶しています。それに、これらの夫婦は２０歳過ぎから２７歳までが大半で、然も、住居地は原発施設周辺であったことに驚いたものです。

高齢女性は体外受精の診療所で食い物にされていると不妊監視人は言う
Older women are being exploited by IVF clinics "trading on hope", the fertility watchdog has warned.
Sally Cheshire, chairwoman of the Human Fertilisation and Embryology Authority (HFEA), told the Daily Telegraph some private clinics were using "selective success rates" to target older women. 年配の女性たちは体外受精の診療所で「希望に応じて取引する」ことで搾取されている、と不妊監視は警告している。

IVF is less likely to be successful as a woman gets older.
Since 2004 the number of women in their 40s undergoing fertility treatment has doubled to 10,835 in 2017. 女性が年をとるにつれて、体外受精は成功する可能性が低くなります。2004年以来、40歳代の女性が不妊治療を受けている数は、2017年には10,835人に倍増した。 The latest HFEA figures show that, among those using their own eggs, out of 2,265 embryo transfers in 2017, just 75 women aged 43 to 44 ended up with a baby.
For those over 44, the success rate was even lower - amounting to 1% between 2004 and 2017. Mrs Cheshire told the BBC that some women were not being told their "realistic chance of success" when sold the treatment.

IVF is not usually recommended for women over the age of 42 because of low success rates. 国民健康保険（NHS）のガイドラインでは、40歳未満の女性には3回のフルサイクルの体外循環（註）を、40〜42歳の女性には1回のフルサイクルを提供するよう勧めている。 ただし、適格基準は国の地域によって異なる。

The 50-year-old said she had even been offered IVF treatments herself, by staff who were unaware of her role with the regulator, at a visit to a fertility show in Manchester.

Mrs Cheshire also called for the watchdog to be given powers to regulate prices, saying that some private centres were charging up to £20,000 for cycles - four times as much as she said treatments should cost.

Caroline, 40, wishes someone had sat her down and given her a realistic cost for her IVF treatment but says that often medical staff do not know for sure.
She was originally led to believe the cost would be £5,000 but it is now at least £16,000.

"The list of treatment costs is just jargon and there are so many options. I think I needed someone to sit me down and say to me 'this is you and this is what it will cost'," she said. "I am taking some time off from treatment as I find injecting all the hormones really messes with me emotionally. The injections have bowled me over and made me completely lose it."
Adding: "When you're crying your eyes out at work it's not a good look." However, Caroline, whose full name we are not using at her request, thinks she will continue with the treatment as she has two vials of sperm left and will likely spend another £10,000.
However, earlier this year the watchdog, which regulates all fertility services in the UK, warned that these were being offered without conclusive evidence that they increase the chance of pregnancy.
Its website now has a "traffic light" rating for such treatments. None have been given the green light, which indicates there is more than one quality trial showing the procedure is effective and safe. The NICE Guideline（NICEのガイドライン）

In today’s modern world of medicine the FDA just will not let companies that sell products make medical claims about them unless they have been tested at great expense and approved as a drug. But this was not always the case and as we can see in the information in this chapter, which is from a 1924 booklet, published by the Arm & Hammer Soda Company. On page 12 the company starts off saying, “The proven value of Arm & Hammer Bicarbonate of Soda as a therapeutic agent is further evinced by the following evidence of a prominent physician named Dr. Volney S. Recommended dosages from the Arm and Hammer Company for colds and influenza back in 1925 were:During the first day take six doses of half teaspoonful of Arm & Hammer Bicarbonate of Soda in glass of cool water, at about two hour intervals. During the second day take four doses of half teaspoonful of Arm and Hammer Bicarbonate of Soda in glass of cool water, at the same intervals.
During the third day take two doses of half teaspoonful of Arm and Hammer Bicarbonate of Soda in glass of cool water morning and evening, and thereafter half teaspoonful in glass of cool water each morning until cold is cured.

Well the sodium bicarbonate cure for colds and sore throats. A friend called as I was reading about it, I told her to try it. She is rapt! Relief in a few hours, and she went to work the following day! And she was miserable and could hardly talk, had just woken with it full on, and was planning on missing work.”
ベーキングソーダ（重炭酸ナトリウム）は風邪や喉の痛みをよく治します。それについて読んで知っていたと大声で言う友人に、私はそれを試すように言いました。

In order to secure the best results with Arm & Hammer Pure Bicarbonate of Soda (Baking Soda) when taken internally, certain simple rules must be observed. Materia Medica, pharmacology and Therapeutics (Bastedo, Page 88) clearly outlines these rules to follows:
“The effect of an alkali in the stomach will vary according to the nature of the stomach contents at the time of administration. In the resting period (after food is digested) sodium bicarbonate merely dissolves mucus and is absorbed as bicarbonate into the blood, to increase its alkalinity directly.
“In the digestive period it reduces the secretion of gastric juice, neutralizes a portion of the hydrochloric acid, liberates the carminative carbon dioxide gas, and is absorbed as sodium chloride. ベーキングソーダの純粋な重炭酸塩を内部で取るときに最良の結果を得るためには、いくつかの簡単なルールを遵守しなければなりません。医薬品、薬理学、治療学では以下の規則を明確に示しています：

Whenever taking a bicarbonate solution internally the soda should be dissolved on cold water.
ソーダ水（重炭酸塩溶液）を飲用するときはいつでもソーダは冷水に溶解すべきです。
This is all very valuable information coming from the horses own mouth, the Arm and Hammer Baking Soda Company, which sells aluminum free baking soda. Clearly they knew what they had in their hands one hundred years ago; and its long use in medicine sustains the companies published medical views:“Besides doing good in respiratory affections, bicarbonate of soda is of inestimable value in the treatment of Alimentary Intoxication, Pyelitis (inflammation of the pelvis of the kidney), Hyper-Acidity of Urine, Uric Acid disturbances, Rheumatism and Burns. An occasional three-day course of Bicarbonate of Soda increases the alkalinity of the blood, assists elimination and increases the resisting power of the body to all Infectious Diseases.”
Baking Soda uses extend much further than even Arm and Hammer were aware of and it’s now been used to help with everything from sunburn, ulcer pain, kidney disease, diabetes, and cancer.

先日、【第3類医薬品】重炭酸水素ナトリウム（ベーキングソーダ、重曹）５００gの残量が極小になったので、調剤薬局に買いに行った。
棚に置いてある位置は盆明けに見かけた位置と違っており、然も２７５円と書かれていた値札も無かった。
私は、その５００ｇの一箱を手にし、レジに行き、千円札を出した。
すると、何と、おつりは１１０円のみ。
つまり、１箱８９０円ということだ。
僅か３ヶ月の間に、３倍以上値上げしていたのだ。
成程、薬は「九層倍」(くそうばい)と称して、元値の九倍や１０倍に吹っ掛けて売る。どうやら、我が町でも重炭酸水素ナトリウムが売れ出したから値上げしたのだ。
このような吹っ掛けられた価格でブログ友も購入したのか！
アマゾンなら、今でも、５００g１箱を送料込みの計６５９円（￥２４８ + ￥４１１ 配送料）で手に入る。
薬は「九層倍」(くそうばい)の他の例
そういえば、数日前、こんな記事を読んだ。
だが、女性の生理に関する記事なので削除してしまった。
その記事を検索しようとしたけど、遂に再発見できず。
似たような記事は見つかった。
（私が見た過去の記事の内容）
月経困難症の治療薬に使われていた１シート３,０００円の「経口避妊薬」の「低用量ピル」は、健保の適用外だった。それが今度健保を使えることとなり、医師に行くと３割負担の１シート９００円で手に入ることになった。
そこで医薬品メーカーは、この薬の価格を３倍値上げし、医師の処方でも３割負担で従来の個人購入額と同額負担の約３,０００円を支払うようにした。
つまり、市販価格３,０００円の薬を一気に９,０００円か１万円に値上げしたのである。健保財政も悪化して当然の事態。
（今回、ようやく検索出来た記事）
健康保険適応の低用量ピル
ルナベルLD・ルナベルULD（富士製薬）、ヤーズフレックス（バイエル薬品）、ヤーズ（バイエル薬品）の場合の個人負担は３割の約２,０００円。フリウェルLD（持田製薬）の場合は、３割の約１,６００円。 他方、市販の低用量ピルの価格は、１シート２,０００円前後で、医師の処方の健保の３割負担とほぼ同額にした。
つまり、医師が処方する薬は、市販の似たような薬価格と違って、定価は約７,０００円の高額で、医師や薬屋がたっぷりと儲かることとなっている。ぼろ儲けというよりも、クソ儲けである。
反して、健保は、１シートで７割の５,０００円を負担している。

米国インフル・ワクチン実態証言 2018/11/6(火)
今回は、米国の元病院看護師がCDC（米国疾病対策予防センター）の諮問委員会で行ったインフルエンザワクチンの実態について語った僅か５分間ですがその証言です。
ここでの彼女は、インフルエンザワクチンの有効率とは、現場とは無関係に、毎年、CDCが勝手に捏造したものであること。
然も、その実態は、全く効果が無く後遺症を発するもので、その接種は常軌を逸している（キチガイ沙汰）とまで述べています。

今夏、米国の裁判で初めて画期的な評決が為された。
それは米国カルフォルニア州裁判所では、モンサント社を相手とする個人の訴訟で、モンサント社に対して２億8900万ドル（約320億円）の支払いを命じたことである。
現在、このモンサント社を相手とする損害賠償請求訴訟は、４０００件も起こされている。今回の評決が判例として他の裁判にも適用されるとなると、モンサント社は、凡そ１２０兆円の損害賠償の支払いの責務を負う。
翻って日本ではJA全農が２００９年より自慢げに積極的に農家に直接販売しているモンサントのラウンドアップ。
今回の米国での評決が判例として統一された場合、日本への影響は多大であり、日本の農家や畑の傍の住民の癌などの罹患によるモンサント社相手の損害賠償請求訴訟に対し、積極的販売者としてのJA全農も、逃れることは出来ないだろう。

Today, glyphosate-tolerant crops include varieties of corn, soybeans, cotton, canola, sugar beet and alfalfa, among others. Over 90% of all soybeans and over 70% of all corn grown in the U.S. are genetically modified, with the majority of these plants specifically possessing glyphosate tolerance. These crops may be treated with much higher levels of glyphosate than those that predate the introduction of genetically modified organisms (GMOs) and consequently, people are being exposed to this herbicide through the food supply. Other non-GMO crops such as oats and wheat are also sprayed with glyphosate to cause the plants to dry faster for harvesting.

An independent, FDA-approved analytical laboratory (Anresco) tested 29 common food substances in the U.S. diet and found alarming levels of glyphosate in such brands as Cheerios, Ritz Crackers, Oreos and Doritos, among others. Levels found in Cheerios were greater than one part per million (i.e., 1 milligram per kilogram food substance). Glyphosate has also been detected in the urine of cattle at levels up to 146 parts per million and in organ meat of cattle up to 108 parts per million. In this same analysis, it was shown that both humans and animals fed organic (GMO-free) diets excrete substantially lower levels of glyphosate in their urine.

Human vaccines have also been shown to contain glyphosate. Moms Across America has reported levels as high as 2.6 parts per billion (as determined by independent testing laboratory, Microbe Inotech Laboratories, Inc., St. Louis, MO) in the MMR-II vaccine, with all other vaccines tested showing at least detectable levels of glyphosate. This isn’t unexpected, given that vaccines are manufactured using bovine and pork-based cell culture products derived from livestock that may have consumed grain-based feed with the allowable level of glyphosate at 400 parts per million. Although glyphosate levels in vaccines are up to 1000 times lower than that in food substances, one must consider that vaccines are directly injected into the body, meaning that 100% of the herbicide is directly absorbed into the recipient’s tissues. Additionally, vaccines contain other substances like adjuvants and surfactants which can hasten the uptake of glyphosate into cells.

In a survey of the open literature, there are over 200 scientific papers covering the toxicity of glyphosate in human tissues.

Glyphosate at current environmental levels has exhibited an “estrogenic” effect on human breast cancer cells, meaning that it essentially enhanced the growth of certain types of tumor cells (Thongprakaisang et al. 2013). Another publication by Mesnage et al. 2015 revealed that glyphosate levels in the range of the acceptable daily intake causes chronic health effects including teratogenic, tumorigenic, and hepatorenal effects. The authors hypothesize that adjuvants in the pesticide that enhance the toxicity and uptake of glyphosate by plants also augment the toxic effect of glyphosate in humans. This would serve to invalidate any previous safety study completed on glyphosate alone, which would be meaningless unless all the pesticide components were present.

Clear evidence that specific formulations which include glyphosate are toxic to human cells at concentrations deemed safe for human consumption in the U.S. was available as early as 2009 (Gasnier et al. 2009). These formulations were shown to cause endocrine disruption, cellular toxicity, and DNA damage. Another study linked glyphosate exposure to occupational lung disease (Kumar et al. 2014). Perhaps the most impactful study completed to date, termed the “Global Glyphosate Study“, was completed by the Ramazzini Institute in Italy and was published in May 2018 in the journal Environmental Health. Within this study, laboratory rats were fed 1.75 mg of glyphosate per kg body weight each day (the U.S. EPA acceptable daily intake) over a 13-week time period. Changes were seen, as compared to the control group of animals, in biochemical parameters related to sexual development, genotoxicity, and the alteration of the intestinal microbiome.

As a society, our food supply and even our vaccines are awash in glyphosate, which should be of grave concern. One study has shown that 93% of individuals tested in the U.S. show levels of glyphosate in their urine. Average levels of glyphosate in urine of children in this study eclipsed 3.5 parts per billion. This is highly disconcerting given that another study shows glyphosate-related damage to the liver and kidneys of rats at levels as low as 0.05 parts per billion. Despite all this evidence, the U.S. EPA sticks to their claim that glyphosate is safe for consumption. As is the case with vaccines and other medical products, with our food supply, we simply cannot trust our government to tell us what is safe to put in our bodies.
