１０バーディー、ノーボギーのコースレコードタイ「６２」

ちなみに石川遼君は出遅れていたものの・・・２２位。

本日は調子を上げ８バーディー、ノーボギーで通算９アンダーでした。

先日、取材に行ったのは関西で言う「ポン菓子」　関東で育った私には、あまり馴染のない言葉です。

いわゆる駄菓子屋さんで売っていた「にんじん」言う名前のお米のお菓子（ばくだんとも呼ばれる）を取材しに行きました。

ポン菓子（ポンがし）、ドン菓子（ドンがし）とは？
米などの穀物に圧力をかけた後に一気に開放することによって膨らませた駄菓子の一種。

〜異称〜
ポンポン菓子・パンパン菓子とも、単にポンまたはドンと呼ばれることもある。
専門用語では膨化食品（ぼうかしょくひん）と称されており、特に膨化米（ぼうかまい）は地方や年齢層によって、ばくだん（爆弾あられ）、こめはぜ、ポンはぜ、ぱっかん、パン豆、たん豆、パフ、パットライス(Puffed rice)、ポップライスなど様々な名前で呼ばれている。

２４時間テレビ、タモリさんの番組を始め度々TVに出演されています。本当に何度も取り上げられているかも、

再放送でも流れているし。

ご主人が・・・キャラクターもバッチリ！とっても個性的で楽しい方です。

まずは機会を温め、中にお米を入れます。

出来たてのお米、あまりお菓子っぽく見えないので写真はやめます。


お米だけでは味がないので、お砂糖でコーティング。原始的な手法です。
