政治（国防）とセットという点では、グアナモンタナ基地での拷問による取調べと特別軍事法廷、以後の政治的解決というブッシュ共和党の意図と同じと推論される。
特別軍事法廷では、公開裁判では提出が控えられるであろう証拠資料をも判断の基礎として用いられる。
モスク建設問題で津波によりモノが言えなかったオバマは、連続した米大統領として、ブッシュ政権の意図した手段を用いて、正義を実現しようとしているのかも知れない。

President Obama became to be not able to say anything on the Building Mosque Problem by Tsunami (including the emotion wave made by the misuse of world defense system).
He may make "Justice" come true with also using the means that Bush administration intended. I am absolutely convinced that a special military court will be subject to the most exacting demands of justice. Yes, we can !
