Every weekday morning, I make banana mix juice for me and my wife.
Becauce I had been smoking, drinking for lomg time,
Sometime, I think that I should take healthy food in the morning at least.
I trid some stuff, then now I mix with milk,banana,black sesame,toasted soybean flour(kinako).
