書庫の紹介/Introducing How To Navigate Through This Blog

いらっしゃいませ。Greetings. Welcome to this blog, Sumi kara Diamond [=Edible Gems].

このブログの書庫の紹介を致します。記事の題は　ひねってつけている時もあるので　検索が難しいかもしれず、この欄を設けました。書庫の名前と内容を　右に出している順に　上から説明致しますので　ご参考になれば幸いです。
This page introduces the contents of various categories/bookshelves. Each contains my blog entries. I hope this page will help you nativate through this blog. Sometimes I put a little twist to the titles of my blog entries, which makes key word search difficult. The followings show the names of the bookshelves of this blog, in the same order as they appear to the right hand side of this blog (from top to bottom).

ごあいさつ/Greetings：このブログの趣旨など。This introduces the purpose of this blog.
English Readers: This section explains how to navigate through this blog. There are examples to show you how to find something that would interest you without having to read Japanese.
お知らせ/Updates：随時加えている　記事で　特に読んでいただきたい物、管理人からのお知らせ（パーティーのお誘い、等）This shows entries that I want readers to pay attention to as well as time-sensitive messages from me (party invitations, etc).

フードアート全般/FA Gnrl.：作っている物の複合体 Food art in general. I show images of my food art with the mixed media and techniques.
フードアートクッキー/FA C：私がデザインしたクッキーFood art cookie. This is to show the images of my decorative cookie projects.
フードアート彫刻/FA Cvng：タイの果物カービング作品。２００７年８月から日本のむきものも。幻の”輪違い大根”も練習中。 Food art carving. You can see the images of Thai style fruit and vegetable carving pieces here. Japanese Mukimono pieces joined in August, 2007, as I started practicing how to cut daikon chains called Wachigai Daikon.
料理/Cooking：料理作品（和／洋／中／エスニック）Pictures of my cooked pieces are here. Enjoy their presentations, too.
編み物／Fiber Arts ：今の所は　（２００８年１月１４日）編み物を習う過程と そこで　できた作品が入っていますが　徐々に　フェルト作品、織物作品など　広げていけたら。。。と　思います。For now, I am showing my learning process regarding knitting. Later, however, I would like to add more projects created by felting, weaving, etc.
発展途上/In Progress：まだ　開発／練習途中の作品 Sometimes things do not go the way I want. Well you can see some of such projects here.
食べられないアート/Arts：アート学校時代の作品など Unedible art projects are here in their images. I made them during my art school days.

生き物／自然/Nature：食材（野菜、果物）や動植物で　興味をひかれたものの紹介 I show pictures of natural things (plants, fruits, veges, animals, ...) here. Some I use in cooking. Others, I just think wonderful.

ブログ作り/Blog Bldg.：ブログ制作上での　苦心など。できるように　なったことも。 Unsolved questions to build and improve this blog. Some achievements as well:-)

旅行/Traveling：出かけていった先での　色々なできごと Whenever and wherever I travel, I write about it here.
食育/Food Edctn.：食べることに大切な栄養／文化面 I deal with educational, nutritional, and artistic aspects of food here.
考えたこと/My Thought：感想、疑問、分析など気になったことについて I analyze and express my observations toward things here.
私が好きな（変な）物/Fvrts.：好きな物のご紹介 Introduction of my favorite things, including some weird ones.
運動．健康/Health：新しく始めたヨガや気功のことなど。Yoga, Quigong, and other things that I practice to improve my health

無題/Miscellaneous：何も入っていません None so far.
ヒント集/Hints：お役立ち情報 Some tips to improve your cooking and life (I hope:-)
投票/Polls：家紋のアンケートが　あります Survey on family crests.

日本文化/Jpns. Cltr.：伝統芸能／食／着物など日本古来から　伝わっているものについて About traditional Japanese culture and its various manifestations in food, arts, kimono...
日記/Daily Events：毎日の生活で　体験したこと。他と重なる面もあります。My day-to-day events and some analyses on them. Lighter than entries in the "My Thought" section.

共作/Collaboration 他の方との共同制作。どんな形をとるのか、どなたとするのかは　色々です。Joint efforts with others. The formats vary and so do who the other parties are.

やりたいこと/Goals：将来への希望、目標 Future goals and dreams
お礼/Tks.Gifts：お世話になった方々への　お礼品（食べ物　多し）I appreciated others' help and made these. Many in food forms.
