Smile Across Miles This is one of my photographs I had taken by my father when I was four. I came across this one while cleaning up my room just the other day. The site is the baseball park where my father would take me. I remember playing catch with him there. Looking at many of my photos taken in my childhood, one thing I notice is: rarely do I have a smile on my face, which is probably reflective of my emotional state back then. Father being absent from home often, I have no recollections of my sharing the dinner table with both of my parents together. Father left me soon after this photograph was taken. Looking at my son's photos, however, I've noticed that he looks completely different. In every single photograph, he is beaming as if he were enjyoing every moment of his life to the fulluest extent. I am really happy for him. Smile touches you
